Hi, I’m Brook Swientisky! Real estate isn’t just my job—it’s been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.

I help homeowners in Lone Tree and Douglas County prepare, price, and sell with a smarter strategy. With 37+ years in building, real estate, investing, and mortgage lending, I help sellers evaluate what to repair, refresh, remodel, or leave alone before listing—so they can protect equity, avoid wasted upgrade dollars, and maximize net proceeds. My builder’s eye helps identify buyer objections, inspection risks, improvement ROI, and financing issues before they become problems. From pre-listing prep through negotiation and settlement, I bring practical, no-nonsense guidance focused on helping sellers make confident, profitable decisions.

I grew up surrounded by the real estate and building business in Northeast Pennsylvania, where my love for architecture and design started early. I earned my degrees in Architectural Engineering from Penn State and Architecture from N.Y.I.T., which set the foundation for my career. In 1994, I made the move to Colorado, and I’ve called it home ever since. Over the years, I’ve worked with independent, national, and even international builders and developers, gaining hands-on experience in every corner of the industry.

These days, I live in Centennial with my wife, Sarah, and our two kids, in a home I designed and built myself—a dream project that’s close to my heart. I’ve also had the chance to live in amazing places across Colorado, like Aurora, Wash Park, Denver, Littleton, and Lone Tree, so I know the ins and outs of this incredible area.

Why Real Estate?

For me, becoming a real estate agent was a natural next step. After years in the building and development world, I wanted to help clients, friends, and family navigate the buying, selling, and building process. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, looking to invest, or dreaming of building something custom, I’m here to make it happen.

A Little About Me

When I’m not working, I love being outside—whether it’s hiking, camping, RVing, skiing, or just enjoying a Colorado sunset. I’m also a beekeeper, which is a passion that keeps me grounded, and I have a soft spot for motorcycles and traveling the world with my family.
